A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms the slot with you directly. We may need to contact you to arrange a suitable time for home collection or an in-lab visit.

Please provide accurate contact details. We are not responsible for missed collections or undelivered reports caused by incorrect information provided to us.

4. Tests, packages and pricing

The tests and health packages shown on this website, and the parameters they include, are indicative and may be updated. Final pricing and package contents are confirmed by the lab at the time of booking. Availability of specific tests may vary.

5. Home sample collection

Home sample collection is offered subject to serviceable area and availability, and may depend on the type of test. For accurate results, you must follow any preparation instructions we give you (for example, fasting before certain tests). We may be unable to process a sample that has not been prepared or collected correctly.

6. Reports and turnaround times

Any turnaround times mentioned are estimates for routine tests. Specialised tests — such as histopathology, cytology and cultures — take longer, and we will indicate the expected timeline at the time of collection. Reports are shared with you at the contact details you provide, including by WhatsApp where you request it.
